Educational Webinars to Brite Performances in 2023

New for Brite Coaching this year is a focus on gratitude and education. Gratitude for the community we have developed after three decades of building relationships with athletes, experts, scientists, coaches, resources, suppliers and families. Education to the athletes for empowerment and involvement in their own plight and trajectory. As such, Brite Coaching is launching a 4-Part Webinar Series this winter to hit four core topics that we believe will supercharge the athletes ability to learn, implement and level up their training and racing experiences. This is a journey, there is no true destination, so if we can help pave the way with more comprehension, resources and education, we believe it will transform the how the athletes express their fitness when it counts.

Please join all the conversations this Winter. We want your voices and questions and involvement. Share with others and help us deliver our message to as many athletes as possible. All sessions will be recorded on Zoom and shared to registrants. We invite you to register for the webinars for access to the recordings.

Join us for a conversation with Strength Coach Gina Grain of Train With Grain. Gina is based in Vancouver, BC and specializes in helping endurance athletes understand the strength, mobility, power, stability and balance requirements for longevity in sport combined with unparalleled performance gains simply as a result of better movement. And better movement comes well before strength. Gina will explain why good movement is a pre-requisite to strength and even to chronic endurance. While most athletes are looking for more speed and power as a result of training, another invaluable benefit of movement is an enjoyment in the movement. Once we create space in our bodies with breathing skills, body awareness and range in our tissues, we feel better training. When we feel better, we move quicker. When we move quicker, we are faster.
