Zwift Winter Training Series ONLY
Many riders are unable to join us at 5:30p.m. PST for the coached sessions on Zoom. We get it. If you would like to received just the weekly workouts in a Training Peaks library and ride on your time, you can do that by purchasing only the workout library.
The workouts catalogued here can be added to your custom workout folder in Zwift - so you can re-visit them for a future training session!
For PC or MAC
Download the .zwo file(s) below to the following folder on your computer:
Documents\Zwift\Workouts\<<Numeric Zwift ID>>
They will then be accessible under the “custom workouts” menu in Zwift the next time you launch the game.
